At Collective, we are committed to developing the next generation of engineering professionals through a structured and tailored Graduate Engineer Program.
As a graduate engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience working on real projects across civil, structural and infrastructure disciplines, supported by experienced engineers and mentors. You'll be involved in all stages of project delivery, from concept design through to construction, while developing practical skills, technical expertise and industry knowledge.
