Our Practice Manager, Justine Street, works hard behind the scenes overseeing HR, payroll, and finances, as well as the office’s day-to-day administration.

Bringing with her the experience of 12 years in engineering consulting firms, Justine is a consistent and dependable team member, delivering high-quality work while boosting team morale, and supporting the goals of all those at Collective Consulting.

Justine finds our team environment rewarding and inspiring; she enjoys the fast-paced industry, as well as the professional development opportunities and continuous learning that Collective Consulting offers.

A bit of a nomad at heart, when Justine is not traveling or enjoying caravanning with her children and husband, she is escaping in a book, all while topping it off with her delicious cocktails.
