It all began with an idea, the desire to do things differently. Our founding directors Alan Leake and Matthew Peart launched Collective Consulting with the foundational purpose to change the future. As Structural, Civil and Hydraulic engineers we aim to assist society’s adaption to climate change, and support the training of future generations, whilst implementing innovative design and construction techniques.
Through strategic partnerships with other consultants and technical institutions, Collective seeks to be a leader in the use of research and technology as a means of increasing productivity and decreasing consumption. We develop strategies and solutions to solve real world problems, whilst enabling the next generation of engineers and technical staff to thrive in a team first environment.
