Collective Consulting is led by Alan Leake, Managing Director and Principal Structural Engineer, and supported by Justine Street, Practice Manager, who oversee our people, projects and operations with a focus on quality, collaboration and client service.

Our engineering operations are delivered through a regional leadership model, providing strong local knowledge backed by the collective capability of our broader multidisciplinary team. This includes Alex Symes, who leads our growing Southern Region practice, Jarred Allen, who oversees our Northern Region operations, and Jamie Warr, who provides leadership across the North-West Region.

Together, our leadership team is supported by a talented group of engineers, designers, BIM specialists, technicians and project delivery professionals who collaborate across offices and disciplines to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.

Every project benefits from direct involvement by our senior leadership team. Our directors and regional leads provide strategic oversight, technical guidance and quality assurance, while assigning a dedicated project manager or design lead to act as your primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
